Responsibilities
As Co-Founder and Principal of North Rock Real Estate, Jeff provides strategic leadership across all facets of the firm’s operations, including development, brokerage, and property management. He oversees the company’s growth initiatives, client relationships, and investment strategies while guiding a multidisciplinary team serving clients throughout the region.
Experience
Jeff co-founded North Rock Real Estate in 2012 and has since completed more than 500,000 square feet of brokerage transactions and over $250 million in new development projects. His experience spans landlord and tenant representation, commercial development across office, retail, senior housing, and multifamily sectors, and full-service property management of diverse commercial portfolios.
In 2015, Jeff established and continues to lead the firm’s Rochester, Minnesota office, which has grown into a local market leader for commercial real estate services. His hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge have helped shape North Rock’s reputation for integrity, performance, and client-first results.
