Taylor Archer

Responsibilities
As Community Manager, Taylor oversees the day-to-day operations of his community with a focus on providing a positive experience for both current and prospective residents. He enjoys building relationships with residents and team members while also managing the administrative side of property management, including budgets, reporting, spreadsheets, and data. One of his favorite parts of the role is seeing residents’ excitement when they walk into their new home for the first time.
Experience
Taylor has six years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, including four years as a Community Manager. Throughout his career, he has gained experience in resident relations, leasing, property operations, and the financial and administrative responsibilities that go into successfully managing a community.
Education
Taylor earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Winona State University.
Personal
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with his wife and young son. He is an avid Formula 1 and professional soccer fan and enjoys all things aviation.
