As Principal of North Rock Real Estate, Collin provides strategic leadership in investment, development, and asset management across the firm’s commercial and residential portfolios. He leverages deep financial expertise and institutional experience to guide acquisition strategy, oversee portfolio performance, and support clients in achieving long-term real estate and investment goals.
Experience
Collin has spent his career representing the real estate interests of organizations with national and international portfolios. His background includes accounting and consulting advisory roles with mid-market firms, as well as investment, asset management, and development positions serving institutional clients.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) by training, Collin began his career with RSM, where he consulted with developers, owners, and CFOs on a wide range of real estate investments, including retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and hospitality assets. Prior to joining North Rock, he served as Vice President at CarVal Investors, the investment management arm of Cargill, overseeing more than $500 million in investments and leading the strategic repositioning of a large portfolio of resort and residential assets in Latin America.
