Anne Donahue
Director of Property Management, North Rock Real Estate
Responsibilities
As Director of Property Management, Anne oversees the management of North Rock Real Estate’s commercial and residential properties. With property owners, tenants, and NRRE all in mind, her focus is on mentoring the management staff, developing processes and procedures, and finding property efficiencies to increase NOI.
Experience
Anne Donahue, MBA, CPM, RPA, has nearly two decades of experience in property management, having overseen a cumulative 15+ million square feet of mixed-use, office, medical, and industrial property across the Midwest, Louisiana, and Washington, DC. A majority of her career she resided in the Twin Cities with managing properties in downtown Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs. In 2021, she moved to Rochester, MN to manage the Rochester Technology Campus (formerly owned by IBM), a 3.3M square foot industrial, 25+ building campus.
For the Fall 2020 semester, she taught the Real Estate Property Management course at St. Cloud State University.
Education
Anne earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Real Estate major in 2006 and Master of Business Administration in 2019, both from St. Cloud State University.

Personal
Anne is married with two kids (son, 12, and daughter, 14) and a labradoodle. Between family time — usually spent at a kid’s activity — she enjoys gardening, puzzling and traveling.
