As a Principal with North Rock Real Estate, AJ focuses on new development, brokerage, and property management opportunities across the firm’s portfolio. He leverages a broad background in commercial real estate to provide strategic guidance to clients, oversee development projects, and contribute to the continued growth of North Rock’s management division.
Experience
AJ began his career in commercial real estate in 2015, following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather. Since then, he has represented a wide range of clients in brokerage transactions across industrial, office, retail, and multifamily asset classes.
Before joining North Rock, AJ co-founded a property management company that he later merged into North Rock Real Estate, where he continues to play a key role in expanding the firm’s management portfolio. He has also completed multiple commercial development projects, leading all phases from design and construction to debt and equity sourcing and asset management. AJ represents clients using industry-leading technology platforms, proprietary in-house analytics, and state-of-the-art marketing tools to deliver comprehensive, data-driven solutions.
Personal
AJ lives in Pine Island with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, dirt bike riding, and other high-adrenaline sports. A licensed pilot, AJ also owns and flies a two-seater plane, often taking to the skies to unwind and explore.
